About Gideon
I have always been fascinated by how large systems work and studied the largest and most complex system, planet Earth, for 20 years as a geoscientist in academia and one of the largest global integrated energy companies, living and working internationally in a wide variety of settings, cultures, and teams. Later, I specialised in helping technical teams innovate faster in developing technology in the energy transition with systems thinking, agile, and relationship systems coaching. I am certified in Organizations and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), hold an Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching (ACTC), and am PCC level certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
