1. Introduction By using our coaching and consultancy services ("Services"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Services We provide coaching and consultancy to support your professional and business development. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for decisions and actions resulting from our Services.

You must provide accurate and complete information for effective collaboration.
4. Confidentiality

Our company adheres to the ethical and confidentiality standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Disclosure is only allowed with written consent or if legally required.
5. Intellectual Property

Client IP: If you share intellectual property, we will take reasonable measures to protect it but are not liable for third-party misuse.

Company Materials: Our tools, methodologies, and content remain our property.

Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only.

Restrictions: No modification, distribution, or sublicensing without written consent.
6. Liability

Limit: Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant Service.

Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, both of which include, but are not limited to, pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business and depletion of goodwill, howsoever caused.

Expiry: Claims for damages shall expire after a period of two months from the day following the day on which you became aware of the damage suffered and us as the party liable for that damage if you have not informed us about your claims within those two months.

Exception: The above limitations of liability do not apply to the extent these limitations are not legally permissible.

Client Responsibility: You are accountable for how you use our Services.
7. Non-Solicitation You agree not to engage our Services for the purpose of gaining introductions to our former clients, partners, or employers.
8. Payment Terms

Payments are due within 14 days of invoice.

Late payments incur statutory interest as per Article 6:119a BW (Dutch Civil Code) and may result in service suspension.
9. Termination
-
By Either Party: 30 days' written notice.
